Premiere Global realizes that some customers have custom applications that cannot be sent into our network to be faxed. For those customers we provide a nifty tool that allows you to convert any Microsoft Windows based document into a fax image that can be sent to our network to be faxed. In addition, we even provide a simple and powerful graphic interface to submit your faxes. To download this application login into your PGi Fax2Mail account at http://www.premiereglobal.com/desktop-fax-online/and go to the Download Center and download the DocuManager Fax Driver. Once installed, to send a fax, simply have your document open and select “file” and “print”, then select the “DocuManager Fax Driver”. Your document will be converted to a fax format and the Fax Driver submission tool will open up. From here you can add the fax number, enter the person name, the company and any notes that you would like to go on the cover page. You can also upload a list of recipients or attach additional files to be faxed out.To make sure your fax is going to look just as good on the fax machine as it does on your computer, you can preview the fax. Once it looks good, you can click the send fax button and off it goes.
Our configuration screen is just as easy. You can tie the fax driver directly into Microsoft Outlook or configure your own email settings. You also have the ability to set standard or fine fax resolution, control your cover page options, control your status report options and even enter billing and reference codes.
